Privacy notice
How the DESA 2026 organisers handle the personal data you share on this website.
Who we are
Digital Economy Summit Asia 2026 (DESA 2026) is jointly organised by the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce (SGDCC) and Aventis Graduate School, together "the organisers". This notice covers this event website. SGDCC's Data Protection Policy (opens in a new tab) also applies.
What we collect
This website does not collect personal data itself. When you request a pass, you do so on our registration page run by Camoji, which collects the details on its form (such as your name, email, phone number, company, industry and job position), your ticket choice and, where a fee applies, your payment.
How we use it
The organisers use your registration details to review and process your pass request, to issue your QR pass and check you in on the day, to contact you about your registration and the event, and, with your consent, to send you updates about DESA 2026. We do not sell your personal data.
Who handles it
Registration, ticketing, payment, QR passes and check-in are handled by Camoji on behalf of the organisers. Camoji's privacy notice (opens in a new tab) and terms (opens in a new tab) apply to the information you give on its pages. The joint organisers can see registrations so that they can run the event. We share your details with others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details only for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, or ask to see or correct your personal data, at any time. Reply to your confirmation email, or contact SGDCC through its enquiry page (opens in a new tab). If you withdraw consent before the event, we may no longer be able to process your registration.
